FINE ART CREATIONS

Fine Art Creations are developed largely from photos, reference materials, and the unique imagination of the artist Fulton Leroy Washington. These unique creations are developed on oil on canvas and acrylic.

ART CLASSES

Classes are fun, relaxed, and informal, taught by artist Fulton Leroy Washington or an artist under his tutelage. Classes are mobile, scheduled by appointment, and conducted at your school, home, or public location. Titles for the experience may be created to fit your event or organization. COMMISSIONED ART, PAINTINGS, and MURALS

The initial consultation is free. We will discuss the project so that you have a time and cost estimate. The customer will be shown sketches, photos, and design ideas to determine the exact design for their creation by Fulton Leroy Washington.

Payment:

    Once we have reached an agreement to start your project, a contract will be presented which details the work to be done or services to be rendered and the project start and end dates.

    A 50% down payment will be required at the start of the project. The deposit is used to purchase the supplies needed to complete your project and to secure your dates.

    Once all the work has been completed, payment in full will be expected. (We can work out a payment plan if that will help you bring your dreams to life in the form of an art piece by Fulton Leroy Washington.

Interior Exterior Mural Cost:

Mural pricing is determined by four factors:
1. location and square footage
2. cost see MURAL PRICING CHART:
of materials
3. intricacy of design
4. working conditions

The basic cost for most murals run $10-$250 per square foot.

Prices vary depending on the difficulty or intricacy of the design.

There may be additional charges depending on working conditions such as restricted hours of operation, cramped spaces or driving time and distance.

Pricing includes all paint materials. However, certain items, such as specialized equipment or scaffolding needed to complete the job will be added as a material cost to the estimate.

Before your wall mural project begins it will be assumed that there is a base coat of paint on the wall and a cleared workspace.

For interior murals please move as much furniture out of the room as possible.

For exterior murals please remove all obstructions (cars, trash bins, items leaning against the wall) away from the wall.

Any prep painting, wall patching, or wall preparation will be an additional fee.

Prep painting may include filling holes in walls, texturizing and ing a primer or base coat of paint on the wall.

If you have a tight budget, to lower your cost, I suggest preparing the wall and painting the basecoat yourself.

Whether your project is big or modest, every art creation is important to me and no job is too small for Art By Wash consideration.
